It has silky texture with balanced natural acidity, fine tannins and a very long finish Vineyard: Red Hill South, biodynamic, non irrigated Bottled: October 2019. Can be cellared to 2034 Winemaking: Wild yeast fermentation, aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, unfinned & unfiltered
