Strapped tension adjuster with turk's head locking nut; open ball race with bronze (brass?) balls it appears 2 balls are missing. Foot has been slightly trimmed at one end, presumably for ease of use. The reel is in good working order with no significant play; the cast foot is, unusually, intact.
